One step at a time

I am a girl who is just trying to make it in this world. I am working on losing weight and being healthy. Since I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome 12 years ago, I steadily gained weight. I am ready to turn my life around. I will move as much as I physically can and I will learn to eat healthy and in moderation. I am determined and I know I can do this!

It helps to know that I have an amazing husband by my side. He has already lost 60 lbs himself. Together, we are working to reach our goals.

Goal Weight - 130
